1. Scope of Work

Tavira Painters & Handyman covers interior and exterior painting, furniture assembly, minor home repairs, and preventive property maintenance across Tavira and surrounding countryside.

2. Fixed Quotes and Materials

All projects receive a fixed written quotation detailing labor and materials before work starts. Any additions requested by the client during execution will be quoted in writing prior to application.

3. Site Preparation

Clients are responsible for moving small personal belongings from the work area unless full packing/furniture moving services were explicitly included in the written quote.

4. Invoicing and Warranties

Every completed job comes with an official Portuguese tax invoice (fatura com NIF). Paint touch-up guarantees apply according to paint manufacturer standards.
